Three tools designed to help you answer one of modern parenting's most consequential questions — with clarity, honesty, and a plan.

Step 1

Is Your Child Ready for a Phone?

An eight-chapter ebook that reframes the question entirely. The answer is not about age — it is about readiness. This book shows you how to know the difference, and what to do in either case.

The Family Phone Agreement

A relational document — not a legal one. Read it together, agree to it together, sign it together. It protects the relationship when the phone puts it under pressure. Which it will.

How These Tools Work Together
1
Read the ebook first. It reframes how you think about this decision and introduces the five domains of readiness you will need to understand before completing the assessment.
2
Complete the assessment. Score your child honestly across the five domains. Your result tells you where they are strong and where they need more time. It also tells you what to do with that information.
3
Sit with your child and sign the agreement. When the assessment says ready — or when you have decided the time is right regardless — use the Family Phone Agreement to begin well. Both of you sign it. Both of you mean it.
